The Longview
The Longview is a rural farm property located 2 1/2 hours west of Minneapolis, and halfway between Benson and Glenwood (about a 20 minute drive).
When you arrive, you’ll find a grassy parking area on the right hand side of the driveway. You’ll enter through the archway in the trees at the far side of the parking area, follow the short path through the woods, and make your way towards the barn.
A shuttle from hotels in Glenwood will be available for transport to and from the venue.
Stay
Peter’s Sunset Resort is located on Lake Minnewaska (nearby the Horecka family’s lake house) in Glenwood. Rooms in the main lodge, as well as cabins of various sizes are available.

Grandstay Hotel & suites
The Grandstay is located in downtown Glenwood. It’s got a great pool and hot tub, plus complimentary breakfast. A quick walk to Lake Minnewaska and about 1 mile from the beach.
Baymont by Wyndham Glenwood
The Baymont is located just off highway 28 as you enter downtown Glenwood. It features a very cute 24-hour 50’s style diner called Penny’s that is housed in an old railcar. Accessible rooms are available here.
Country Inn Benson
The Country Inn is located in the center of Benson, and is about a 15 minute drive from The Longview. It has a pool and complimentary hot breakfast, as well as an attached restaurant (McKinney’s).

We recommend dress-casual to semi-formal. There is no climate control in the barn, so dress to celebrate in an outdoor environment. Note that we’ll be walking on primarily grass or gravel, so consider your shoes accordingly. We want you to be comfortable and feel good!

Twin Cities Paella will be cooking three varieties of paella live in front of us. Paella is a rice dish with meats and vegetables, seasoned with saffron, that is cooked over a very large, shallow pan. It’s intended to serve a crowd and it’s super delicious!
Paella Verde: Spanish rice cooked in a saffron broth with chicken, chorizo, artichokes, green chiles, tomatillo braised carnitas, cilantro, arugula & mushrooms. Served with a green sauce that will haunt your dreams.
Seafood Paella: Spanish rice cooked in a saffron broth with mahi, calamari, lobster chunks, artichokes, shrimp, scallops, mussels & clams.
Chicken & Veggies Paella: Spanish rice cooked in a saffron broth with chicken, carrots, artichokes, mushrooms, red bell peppers, olives & green beans.
Note: Paella is naturally gluten and dairy free. If you have other dietary needs, let us know! We are more than happy to meet you where you’re at. -
